First use in five simple steps

1

Inspect the package and device

Do not use a unit that is cracked, deformed, leaking heavily or unusually hot.

2

Remove protective packaging

Take off any external wrap, mouthpiece cover or airflow seal supplied with the product.

3

Check the airflow

Make sure the mouthpiece and visible airflow openings are unobstructed. Do not insert sharp objects.

4

Take a gentle, steady draw

The sensor activates automatically. Pulling aggressively is unnecessary and can make the experience less comfortable.

5

Pause if anything feels abnormal

Stop using it if you notice damage, excessive heat, major leakage or behaviour that does not seem normal.

Quick problem helper

Check seals and airflow firstRemove all protective parts, confirm the mouthpiece and airflow are clear, then try one gentle draw. If a new device remains unresponsive, contact support.

Using Ingot 9000 and TEQ 12000

Balanced all-round model

Alibarbar Ingot 9000

Ingot is our easier all-round recommendation. Normal use requires no button: remove the seals and draw through the mouthpiece.

Its status information can help you notice battery or liquid changes, but it does not turn the device into a rechargeable model.

Higher-capacity model

Alibarbar TEQ 12000

TEQ follows the same simple draw-activated idea while providing the higher 12,000-puff capacity class.

Use it normally without charging or opening the casing. Choose TEQ when capacity matters more than the established Ingot format.

Why is my new Alibarbar not working?

Start with safe checks you can perform from the outside:

Protective seal

Confirm nothing still covers the mouthpiece or airflow.

Blocked airflow

Look for an obvious obstruction, but do not poke inside the device.

Visible damage

Do not continue with a cracked, crushed or leaking unit.

If a newly opened device still does not respond after these checks, contact support with your order details and a clear description. Opening the casing can create risk and makes the problem harder to assess.

What does blinking mean?

Blinking generally means the device cannot continue operating normally. Possible causes include the end of usable battery life, the end of device life, an activation issue or an internal fault.

Important: blinking does not mean you should connect Ingot 9000 or TEQ 12000 to a charger. The versions covered by Alibarbar.shop are treated as non-rechargeable.

Do not open, refill or recharge these models

Keep the device closed

Ingot 9000 and TEQ 12000 are sold as closed disposable products. Do not attempt to convert them into refillable or rechargeable devices.

Do not open the casingDo not expose the batteryDo not connect loose wiresDo not add a charging portDo not inject or add liquidDo not keep using a damaged unit

Simple habits that support normal use

Draw gently

A steady draw is usually enough for automatic activation.

Store sensibly

Keep it away from direct sunlight, hot cars, moisture and extreme temperatures.

Keep it clean

Wipe the exterior and mouthpiece gently. Do not rinse or submerge the device.

Avoid back-to-back overheating

If the device feels unusually warm, stop and allow it to cool.

Protect it from damage

Do not crush, puncture or carry it where the casing can be bent.

Know when to stop

Fading output, end-of-life indicators or no response can mean normal use is finished.

Common Alibarbar use questions

Do I need to turn an Alibarbar on?
No. Ingot 9000 and TEQ 12000 are draw-activated, so normal use does not require a separate power button.
Do I need to charge it before the first use?
No. The models covered here are treated as non-rechargeable and do not require charging setup.
Why is the vapour becoming weaker?
The device may be approaching the end of usable life, but airflow, storage, damage and device condition can also affect output.
What should I do with a faulty new device?
Perform only safe external checks, stop if it is damaged or hot, and contact support with the order details. Do not dismantle it.

Simple by design

Remove the seals, check the airflow and draw gently. If normal external checks do not solve a new-device problem, ask for support.
